This blog brings together news from Rodolfo Inácio’s term of office, legislative proposals, public services and contact channels. Sources were consulted on 28 September 2026. Content selection and organisation are the project’s editorial responsibility. Publication does not imply institutional endorsement by the councillor or the bodies cited.
The person responsible for the project stated that the rights holders authorised public sharing of the media. This information has not been independently verified. Original credits and licences remain applicable; this presentation does not grant third parties a new licence to reuse the materials.
Information and publications
Biographical information, the term of office and the office email address come from the official profile on the Alfenas City Council website. News summaries link to their respective sources. The displayed date is the publication date; when the event date is known and different, it appears in the text.
Social posts were checked on the Instagram and Facebook profiles. TikTok and WhatsApp were identified through the link hub maintained by the councillor. Social media summaries report what the author posted; they are not an independent audit of the claims.
Opening photograph

The session images were obtained from the official articles about the meeting featuring the Education accountability report and the 13th regular meeting of 2026. Originals are 2976 × 1984 pixels; copies were optimised for the web. These are records of the sessions, not photographs of implemented services. Identity and public service links
No official personal logo available for reuse was confirmed. The monogram and typographic signature shown are a visual proposal for this preview, not an official brand attributed to the councillor.
The opening combines a photograph of Alfenas with a clear composition and compact access to the film. Red #E4142C, observed in the official PT website theme on 28 September 2026, appears only in party identification. This is a digital application reference, not a statement of a brand manual. Public service links retain their own identity.
The City Council mark was obtained from the official website header; the Alfenas coat of arms and City Hall identity came from the municipal website. They identify public service links without suggesting a partnership, support or endorsement. The other graphic symbols identify service categories and are not intended to reproduce official marks. Documentary gallery
Photographs published by the City Council in news articles about the honours awarded to Junio Reis Santana (13 March 2026), Sarah Bruzadelli Macedo Bernardes (6 March 2026) and Vanderlei Jerônimo Vieira (9 October 2025). Dates refer to the ceremonies. Images were only optimised for the web; no people were generated and no documentary content was altered. Photographer and licence were not stated. Proposals and legislative status
Authorship, co-authorship, dates and linked legal instruments were checked in the City Council’s SAPL system. Bill 12/2026 is linked to Law 5,384/2026; Draft Legislative Decree 57/2025 is linked to Legislative Decree 30/2026. In both records, the generic proceedings field still appears active. The information presented reflects the published legal instrument without implying implementation or service availability.
Languages and experience references
The English and Spanish versions are editorial translations to make reading easier. Official sources, legal documents and the video remain in Portuguese and take precedence as the original references.
The continuous ticker follows the pattern explained by NewPulse Labs, with a pause control, reduced motion and a fixed list of accessible services.
Privacy in this preview
The blog has no data submission forms, advertising, tracking tools or embedded social media content. Selecting a contact subject only prepares text for review in the chosen app. Images, fonts and video are loaded locally. Accounts used during research do not remain connected to the blog, and the website has no access to their passwords, messages or sessions.
Links to social networks, WhatsApp and the City Council open the respective services, which are subject to their own platform policies. Clicking WhatsApp only opens the conversation; the website sends no message. The email link opens the visitor’s email app.
Appearance and accessibility choices remain in the browser session. They are saved locally for future visits only when “Remember choices on this device” is selected. Clearing that option removes persistent storage. No preference is sent to a server. The background and carousels respect reduced motion; the ticker can be paused.
Updates are an editorial selection. There is no permanent connection between the website and the social accounts. Hosting uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Consult the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for information about the provider’s data processing.
